OK, Microsoft didn't feel like adding support for long file names for
DOS programs in Windows NT.  I can't think of any other reason why NT
wouldn't support LFNs, but maybe you can.

DJGPP supports long file names on any platform that supports the LFN
functions.  NT isn't one of those platforms.
