DJGPP makes 32-bit executables, which means it's already compatible with
Win95/98/NT.  You must download the Windows library, however, but there is a
good one I hear everyone talking about called RSJXT or something similar to
that.  I'm pretty sure it could be found on the DJGPP homepage,
