That's true, for DJGPP v2.02.

But I think calling function 6Ch is better, since it supports a few
additional optional flags (the library doesn't use 6Ch, so it doesn't
support those flags).

Btw, I hope you don't actually call Int 21h directly, but via
__dpmi_int, because that's the best way of doing that.
