The real answer would be to write a VxD. However, Win95 will field port
i/o if there isn't a legitimate driver already attached to that port.
But, do not lose sight of the fact that Windows is mediating the call,
and precise timing is not guaranteed. I've got an Atmel 89C1051
programmer that I interface to the parallel port but there is no
critical timing involved in programming cycle.
