What compilers?  Did that include DJGPP?  If not, you are in the wrong
forum.

DJGPP does have bios.h.  As for graph.h, there's a replacement in the
GRX package (get v2tk/grx23.zip from the same place you got DJGPP).
Another alternative is Allegro, also in v2tk.
