Repost -- first two copies appear to have been eaten -- DJ, what the heck's
up with the gateway?

Well, it's been a year. Is there a DOS GCC (Plain GCC, EGCS, or PGCC) out
that supports template instantiation fully? What about namespaces?

(Recall about 14 months ago someone told me it'd be about a year at the
current rate before these were fixed up and supported.)
