Please explain exactly what do you mean by ``Japanese Windows 95''.
Is, for example, DOS/V supported by that machine?

Don't know about RHIDE, but if DOS/V is supported on your machine,
rebuilding Info with DJGPP v2.02 could solve the problem.  Please try
this and tell here if it helped.
