The DJGPP port of GNU Findutils (v2gnu/find41b.zip from the usual DJGPP 
sites) includes a program called `find' that can do this, and much more.  
It allows you to define a lot of conditions, besides file's date and 
time, under which it will or will not be copied.  You can even tell it to 
actually copy the file (or invoke any other program on it, for that 
matter) if it satisfies the conditions.
