Download them, and make sure you get `readme.1st'.  The 
installation and basic usage instructions are in that file.  
More detailed information is available in the individual 
packages' documentation, which comes in the binary ZIP files 
that you will be downloading, and in particular in the FAQ 
which you should also be downloading.
