Nope, it uses a lot of djgpp specific stuff.

TVision is a TUI, not a GUI. I think a good choice for a native and portable
OS/2 GUI toolkit is V. V is available for: Windows 32 bits (16 bits was
supported upto v1.16), Athena X, Motif X, OS/2 (v1.17 and an upgrade to 1.21 is
in progress) and X GTK (in alpha). It have some limitations (for example: you
can't do fast drawing applicaction, but you can use OpenGL).
