Are you sure what g++.exe is called? Can it be, that
you have installed for instance CygWin (which comes
with a g++.exe) and that g++.exe is in your path and
a g++.exe from DJGPP is not in your PATH?

To check it, simply run on command-line

g++ -v

and see, what it prints.
