1) That's explained in the FAQ.
2) That's explained in %DJDIR%/gnu/gcc-2.81/problems.txt
3) The library name is libstdcx.a or libstdcxx.a. And you have it if you 
downloaded the C++ stuff.

Read the docs but I doubt you really want it because isn't needed at all. gcc 
is just another front end as gxx and you can call the compiler in the same 
way using gcc or gxx.
