Perhaps you could access WinSock by using RSXNTDJ.  If so with ALLOT of
work( at least compared to doing it in UNIX ) you should be able to
create, connect, listen, close, bla bla bla, sockets.   WinSock should
work for both 95 and 98, but not DOS.
