Subject: installation question

I know this should be simple.. but i'm really stuck on this one.

Yesterday and today I downloaded several files and started to install
them into the C:\DJGPP directory, according to the instructions.

I selected C, C++, Objective C, Assembler, Bison, Flex...
With the help of the Zip file Picker, I got these:

v2gnu/bnu281b.zip Basic assember, linker 1.8 mb
v2gnu/bsn125b.zip         Bison                         128 kb
v2gnu/flx254b.zip         Flex                          178 kb
v2gnu/gcc281b.zip Basic GCC compiler 1.3 mb
v2gnu/lgp2811b.zip        C++ libraries                 583 kb
v2gnu/mak377b.zip Make (processes makefiles) 242 kb

v2gnu/old/gpp281b.zip     C++ compiler                  1.2 mb
v2gnu/old/objc281b.zip    Objective-C compiler          679 kb

So I downloaded and with net zip, I installed them also.
When I came across these:

v2gnu/old/gpp281b.zip     C++ compiler                  1.2 mb
v2gnu/old/objc281b.zip    Objective-C compiler          679 kb

The ZIP program popped up asking me to CONFIRM TO OVERWRITE certain
BINARY files. The problem is... they are DIFFERENT DATES and
DIFFERENT SIZES, and it appears to replace certain C compiler.

So, how do I resolve this??

Thanks in advance.
