Details, please.  Is it DOS, Windows, or some other OS?  What version
of DOS/Windows?  What exactly do you mean by ``will not work''? what
happens, exactly, when you invoke Emacs?

The only file I think could influence Emacs in djdev202 is djgpp.env.
Nothing else should matter.

One problem might be that you were using Emacs on Windows 9X with long
file names disabled, whereas djdev202 enables them.
