Does the target machine have a writable hard disk at all? If it has,
make sure the swap file points to that drive. CWSDPMI by default uses
C: as the drive to put the swap file, but it can be changed using the
CWSPARAM program.
If there's no writable disk, you won't be able to use virtual memory,
and you will need to point the swap disk to a non-existent drive.
