Not only in the compiler, but in the C library as well.

Get the sources of GCC (v2gnu/gcc281s.zip) and of the DJGPP C library 
(v2/djlsr201.zip) from the nearest SimTel.NET mirror, and look for files 
named like README or README.djgpp.

You might also need to look into the sources of CWSDPMI.
