It already *is* in the FAQ.  Here's an excerpt from Chapter 1 that
explains the installation procedure:

        - Add these two lines to your `AUTOEXEC.BAT' file:

                set PATH=C:\DJGPP\BIN;%PATH%
                set DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV

          If your top DJGPP directory is other than `C:\DJGPP', *change these
          two lines accordingly!*

If you see any unclarity here, please tell me, and I will try to fix
it in the next release.
