there is a copy in the drdx distribution. windows.h isn't as huge as it
used to be, so you'll probably want all the files in that dist. rxsntdj
tells you to get the files from the MS site in the PlatformSDK package,
and provides a patch. The patch won't take automatically, though. The
drdx files supposedly have already been patched.
