Are you using Windows 9x?  If so, see FAQ section 15.6; Windows by
default allows only 16MB of memory to DPMI apps, which is often not
enough.

Another possibility is that you have a smallish amount of physical RAM
and your hard drive is very full.  In which case, free some space.

If that doesn't help, post the output of `go32-v2', what kind of
system/DPMI server you're using, amount of memory you have, free disk
space, etc.  If you're using CWSDPMI and have configured it with
CWSPARAM, also tell about those changes.
