Yes, I think it is the ENV file. Did you change the SET DJGPP=D:\COMPILERS\GNUC\DJGPP.ENV ? A lot of important stuff is defined there, but you shouldn't have to change the file itself unless you put it somewhere besides the base directory. Most information is relative file position (up a directory, then lib\stuff) and not absolute (c:\djgpp\lib\stuff).
