My DJGPP has lived in the c:\gnu directory for more than a year now.
It should be easy to setup in any directiry you like. Simply unzip in the
directory you want let's say c:\foo\bar, and then change the path setting
and environment settings in your autoexec.bat from c:\djgpp to c:\foo\bar.
That should do the trick.
By the way, I think this question might point to an unclarity in the docs.
Should we add this question to the FAQ?
