If you are using RHIDE, hit F1, then Ctrl-g and then type in the
inputbox

(gcc)C++ Interface

and then Enter and the read, since it should be documented there
very well.

If you are using info type on the commandline

info -f gcc "C++ Extensions" "C++ Interface"
