Pegasus Mail will do this. The DOS version still works for Netware based
operation.
You can also get several different transport/gateway add-ons.

The wonderful thing about this product is that the Windows versions
16/32-bit also support it.
I occasionally run a batch file on my Windows NT machine that sends an
email after it has finished processing, including and attached file!
