If you installed DJGPP correctly then i'm assuming you put
(just for trouble shooting purposes)
c\djgpp\bin (PATH = BLAHBLAHBLAH;c:\djgpp\bin)
(try SET PATH = BLAHBLAHBLAH;c:\djgpp\bin
and
SET DJGPP = c:\djgpp\djgpp.env
in your PATH in the AUTOEXEC.BAT file.
Did you download/save the Allegro zip file in the DJGPP directory and unzip
with (-d option with pkunzip), unzip386.exe or winzip??
