It is on the MicroSoft Developers' Network. Go to www.microsoft.com and
follow the link to MSDN.

BTW, the Platform SDK there is different to the one mentioned in the RSXNTDJ
docs. You _will_ need to do some tweaking to the files to get them working.
AFAIK, noone's got the new SDK working with RSXNTDJ.
