This is a known bug in DJGPP v2.01: <math.h> declares `struct exception'
which conflicts with a C++ keyword `exception'.  A corrected math.h is 
included in the gcc281b.zip archive; it installs into the 
lib/gcc-lib/djgpp/2.81/include directory.  You should use that corrected 
version instead of the one from djdev201.zip.

Please note that this problem and its solution are described in section 
8.19 of the DJGPP FAQ list (v2/faq211b.zip from the same place you got 
DJGPP).  I suggest to look into the FAQ whenever you have problems, 
before you post here.
