<wchar.h> is defined by Amendment 1 to the ANSI C Standard, which DJGPP
v2.01 doesn't support. v2.02, currently in early beta, will come with
wchar.h, but it is a minimal version, and the functions defined by the
Amendment are not implemented, even in v2.02.

As for <sstream>, I don't know what that is and by which standard is it
defined.

Btw, there's no such thing as DJGPP 2.8.1. DJGPP is currently in version
2.01; 2.8.1 is the last version of the GCC compiler ported as part of the
DJGPP project. However, header files and the library are not part of the
compiler, they were written specifically for the DJGPP project.
