Set LFN=y in the environment, and all DJGPP library functions will
support long file names on Windows 9X.  You can then use, e.g.,
findfirst and findnext to list the file names.

AFAIK, there is no way to do this on DOS/Windows.  Actually, I think
Unix doesn't have such service either.
