Automatically.  Note that around 30% of the listed mirrors fail.

I'm primarily searching for "lost mirrors" - servers that no longer
respond or no longer carry djgpp (or all of Simtel, for that matter),
or are too heavily overloaded (or too underpowered) to respond to me.
In theory, I could scan the whole djgpp tree and only allow those that
have everything, but that would be too complicated for its purpose.
If at least half the mirrors respond, the list is updated, else I
assume Internet problems on my end.
