Maybe.  Do you know what that pif is?  I always thought Windows uses the 
properties of the DOS box to un every DOS program, unless that program 
has its own pif file, but I might be mistaken.

Good, that means protection isn't an issue.

I believe you mean DPMI, not XMS, since DJGPP doesn't use XMS under 
Windows.

Thanks for the other info.  I guess Windows 98 will need to have its own 
section in the next FAQ after all...
