A quick look around here:

    http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/dl/ofc/

or more specifically here:

    http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/dl/ofc/simtel/v2gnu/find41b.zip/

reveals that `find.exe' is in the findutils package --
`v2gnu/find41b.zip'.  If you're often going to hunt for packages
containing various files, you might want to get `listings.zip'.
