Here's what the DJGPP FAQ list says about WMEMU (section 11.1):

   (But you will need to get the sources and recompile it, since it was 
   compiled with a beta release of DJGPP and will cause unresolved 
   externals if you try linking against `libwmemu.a' without recompiling it.)
