Type at a DOS prompt:

    info gcc invoking

or if you don't have the Info reader but do have RHIDE, start
the help system, go to the directory node (press `d' I think)
and choose `GCC' from the list, then `Invoking'.  Or press
Ctrl-G then type `gcc', and then choose `Invoking'.  I'm afraid
my memory of this is a bit weak, because I haven't used RHIDE
for a long time.
