It is not a constant address, but there's a function of Int 10h to get 
the address.  I suggest to download v2/djlsr201.zip from the same place 
you get DJGPP and look at the function _set_screen_lines in the file 
conio.c.  It uses this technique to get to the system font (and change 
it).
