First, there is documentation about compiling, libraries and linking
in the DJGPP userguide: http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/doc/ug/

Second, there is information about using libs from other compilers
(your previous question) in the FAQ (faq211b.zip, from where you got
djgpp. Summarized: nearly impossible)

Third, the library file isn't djgpp.djl, that's just a linker-script.
You should never change it. It will only get you in trouble, if you
don't know precisely what you're doing.
