Have attempted to patch some of the MSSDK headers, when installing RHIDE,
but still get a problem when compiling the test program (as described in the
docs). When I compile, I get a whole list of errors (the compiler doesn't
know what WINAPI is amongst others). I can fix that by adding #include
<windows.h> at the top, but then I get an error from winnt.h saying I've not
defined my target architecture.

What's up? And has anyone got any step-by-step instructions on how to patch
the new Platform SDK files to work properly with RSXNTDJ?
