In the fil316b.zip package, install.exe seems to be a symlink to 
ginstall.exe.

If I execute: install my_prog.exe destdir
I have the following error: C:\USR\BIN\GINSTALL.EXE : cannot open

Now, if I execute: ginstall my_prog.exe destdir, everything run fine.

I have install.exe and ginstall.exe in the same directory (C:\USR\BIN) and
this directory is in my path.

Is something wrong with my installation or is it a real problem with
install.exe
