	I'm currently trying to add Ove's code to libsocket, but it's
totally untested and not particularly finished yet. I've written TCP
support. As I say, I haven't tested it yet, but I hope to release an alpha
version for testing and debugging sometime soon.

	If I get it to work, programs compiled with libsocket will work
unchanged under DOS and Win95.
