  I have ported the bindings for PC GEM (as in the GEM PTK, March 1988) to 
DJGPP. Just in case anyone wants to write a program for GEM, they're at

  At present, only applications are supported, not Desk Accessories. I 
suspect the latter would need a special real-mode stub.
