I am a new user of djgpp tools and use them at home and at office. I
recently discovered encountered a strange behaviour of cp.exe I can't
explain. On one computer (home), the command "cp -p fileX dirX" works
perfectly (ie, timestamps are preserved) while on the other (office), date
and time of the copied file are set to the present.
Both computers run under windows 95 (OSR2) and the DOS copy command works
as expected (timestamps preserved)
Anyone has an idea ?
