The DJGPP FAQ has two pointers to easily-downloadable PDCurses sites:

         `v2tk/pdc22.zip'
               A public-domain Curses library, for programming text-mode
               user-interfaces which are portable to Unix or ported from Unix.

               Lately, a new version 2.3 of PDCurses was released.  It is
               available via FTP
               (ftp://ftp.lightlink.com/pub/hessling/PDCurses/).

The first one is on any SimTel.NET mirror, together with the rest of
DJGPP.
