Not as far as I know, it doesn't.  -Pip2 means to groff: pass the 
post-processor an argument `ip2' (and groff does not prepend - to the 
argument when it passes it to the post-processor).

Since neither grotty nor grops support such an option, and since there's 
no - before ip2, I assume that in ditroff that's something entorely 
different.
