What line did you change?  Normally you should not change
djgpp.env at all; there are only a few reasons why you might
want to and even then you don't normally *need* to do this so 
it's better not to.

Type this at a DOS prompt:

    set > environ.lst

and post here the contents of the file `environ.lst' which is 
produced.  Also consider using DJVERIFY, which will diagnose 
your problem and suggest solutions.  Unfortunately I don't know 
what the new URL is.
