Assuming you have the Info reader installed, type from a DOS 
prompt:

    info gcc invoking

and in particular the option summary:

    info gcc invoking "option summary"

Since you mentioned that you have RHIDE, you can also read this 
through RHIDE's help system.  I think starting the help system 
then typing Ctrl-G followed by "(gcc)invoking" will get you 
pretty close, but I don't actually use RHIDE so I don't know 
for sure.
