	I have been trying to download c++ from your web site for a while.  There
have been many complications for me, and I do not know why.  At delorie.com, I
downloaded gcc version 2.8, and I was almost done with the download when a
window came up on the screen, and said "Windows cannot find program.exe".  It
told me to locate it, and I could not.  Now I am at rt66.com/~brennan/djgpp,
and I tried to start the download with csdpmi3b.zip, and another window came
up saying Internet Explorer cannot open.
	It is very important that I get C++ for school so I can pass my course.  I
would appreciate it if you could give me a little help with this, or maybe
send C++ via e-mail.  I don't care how long it would take to download.  As you
can see, I am in dire need of this. Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
