Well, I don't know. I've just selected the driver that Windows find for my
printer. I can't say which type of driver it is. I don't have access to
any generic postscript driver.

Ms-Word generates following header:
ESC%-12345X AT PJL JOB
@PJL SET ECONOMODE = OFF
@PJL ENTER LANGUAGE = POSTSCRIPT
then comes the real postscript ouptput beginning with the usual "%!"
and following footer:
^DESC%-12345WX AT PJL EOJ
ESC%-12345X
