the mt directory is for multi-thread programs, and st directory is for
single-thread.  I changed the *link: line in the specs file as follows:

*link:
%{Zwin32: -Lc:/djgpp/rsxntdj/lib/all -Lc:/djgpp/rsxntdj/lib/{%Zmt:mt}{%!Zmt:st}}

so that it selects the corresponding directory base on the -Zmt option.
