Hello!

I tried downloading the djgpp TeX distribution.  Everything seems to
install and to be there, but I'm running into runtime failures.

When I run any of the .dvi packages, they attempt to build fonts.  But
they keep failing to build.  From the error message, I seem to be
missing some executable or another, and dvips crashes.  Stderr is as
follows:
