Yes.  The file "maketexpk" exists and is in my path.

When I attempt to run it directly, I get this diagnostic:

     D:\djgpp>maketexpk
 This program was incorrectly copied to the name d:/djgpp/bin/makete~1.exe

Which seems to indicate that maketexpk is having some difficulty with the way
WinNT mangles filenames longer than 8.3

 I used that as my guide for building Web2c under SunOS, which seems to work
perfectly.

 Any thoughts?
